• Item was purchased direct from Hot Water LeisureScapes
• Item was purchased within the last 14 days
• Item is in original packaging (with all contents that were included)
• Must have original receipt

Policies

• All refunds are credited against the original payment method
• All sale and clearance items are non-refundable and final
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
• You must use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
